Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using ShreeKundli — including our website at shreekundli.com, web application at console.shreekundli.com, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform") — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use ShreeKundli, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)
• Be at least 18 years of age to purchase credits or make payments
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law

Parents or legal guardians may create birth charts for minors using their own accounts. The parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor's data.

ShreeKundli is a Vedic astrology platform that provides the following services:

3.1 Astrological Calculations

• Birth chart (Kundli) generation with all divisional charts (D1 through D60)
• Planetary positions computed using Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri Ayanamsa
• Vimshottari Dasha period calculations up to Prana level
• Ashtakvarga and Sarvashtakvarga tables
• 100+ classical yoga detection
• Jaimini Karaka calculations
• Shadbala (six-fold planetary strength) analysis

3.2 Compatibility & Timing

• Ashtakoot (36-point) Guna Milan for Kundli matching
• Manglik Dosha analysis with cancellation checks
• Daily Panchang (Tithi, Nakshatra, Yoga, Karana, Vara) for any location
• Hora (planetary hours) and Choghadiya calculations
• Shubh Muhurat finder for auspicious event timing

3.3 AI-Powered Premium Features

• Personalized life predictions across career, health, finance, relationships, and other areas
• Vedic remedies (gemstones, mantras, donations, rituals) tailored to your chart
• Daily, monthly, yearly, and birthday forecasts
• Prashna (horary) astrology for specific questions
• AI astrologer chat for conversational chart Q&A
• PDF report generation

3.4 Reference & Learning

• Vedic astrology knowledge base covering Rashis, Nakshatras, Grahas, Houses, and Doshas
• Vedic scripture library
• Blog with astrological insights and educational content

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address and password, phone number with OTP verification, or Google OAuth sign-in. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Account Restrictions

• One person may maintain only one account
• Accounts are non-transferable
• You must not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and suspend accounts with false information

4.4 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, saved charts, predictions, and chat history will be permanently removed within 30 days. Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion and cannot be refunded.

The following services are provided free of charge and do not require an account (though an account is needed to save charts):

• Birth chart generation with complete planetary positions and house placements
• All divisional charts (D1-D60)
• Vimshottari Dasha period tables
• Ashtakvarga tables
• Yoga detection
• Ashtakoot Guna Milan (36-point Kundli matching)
• Daily Panchang, Hora, and Choghadiya
• Shubh Muhurat finder
• Vedic astrology reference pages and scripture library

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free services at any time without prior notice. Free services are provided "as is" without any guarantees of availability or uptime.

6.1 Credit System

• Premium AI-powered features require credits to use
• Each feature displays its credit cost before execution — no hidden charges
• Credits are deducted from your account balance upon successful feature execution
• If a feature execution fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account

6.2 Purchasing Credits

• Credits are available in packs at prices listed on the Pricing page
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Credits are added to your account instantly upon successful payment

6.3 Credit Validity

• Credits never expire — they remain in your account until used
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account

6.4 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pack pricing at any time. Price changes apply only to future purchases — credits already in your account retain their value. We will provide reasonable notice before significant pricing changes.

6.5 Refunds

Credit refunds are issued only for failed feature executions caused by system errors. Recharge amounts (credit pack purchases) are non-refundable. See our full Refund Policy for complete details.

7.1 Nature of AI Content

Our AI features use the ShreeKundli Engine — a combination of Swiss Ephemeris astronomical calculations and AI language models — to generate astrological interpretations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated predictions, remedies, and insights are for informational and entertainment purposes only
• AI outputs are based on classical Vedic astrology principles but are machine-generated interpretations
• Results may vary between requests even for the same chart, as AI models are probabilistic
• AI content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)

7.2 AI Limitations

• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent outputs
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on AI astrological predictions
• Always consult qualified professionals for medical, legal, or financial matters

7.3 AI Data Processing

When you use AI features, structured chart data (planetary positions and house placements — not your personal identity) is processed by third-party AI providers via secure APIs. See our Privacy Policy for full details on AI data handling.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free features or promotional offers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience
• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content, calculations, or reference data without written permission
• Use AI-generated content to create competing services or commercial products
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through chat or contact forms
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass rate limits, or manipulate the credit system
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

9.1 Our Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, logos, trademarks, and branding of the Platform are owned by ShreeKundli and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The ShreeKundli name, logo, and "See the Unseen" tagline
• The ShreeKundli Engine (our proprietary calculation and AI interpretation system)
• Website and app design, user interface, and user experience
• Vedic reference content, yoga definitions, and educational materials
• AI prompt templates and interpretation frameworks
• Blog articles and original editorial content

9.2 Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Commercially exploit any Platform content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Redistribute, publish, or publicly display Platform content beyond personal use

9.3 Your Charts & Reports

Birth charts, predictions, and reports generated for you are for your personal use. You may share your own charts and predictions with individuals of your choice. You may not commercially sell or redistribute AI-generated content from ShreeKundli.

When you submit content through the Platform (chat questions, contact form messages, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This includes using anonymized and aggregated data to improve AI interpretation quality.

You retain ownership of any personal information you submit. We will handle all user content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose: We do not guarantee that predictions will be accurate or applicable to your specific situation
• Uninterrupted service: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• Accuracy of calculations: While we use Swiss Ephemeris (the industry standard), we do not warrant absolute accuracy of all astronomical or astrological computations
• AI reliability: AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inconsistencies

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ShreeKundli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on astrological content, predictions, or remedies provided through the Platform
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShreeKundli, its founders, employees, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Platform

14.1 By You

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time through Account Settings. No reason is required. Upon deletion, unused credits are forfeited.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Your account is used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or legal process
• We discontinue the Platform or specific services (with reasonable notice)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform
• Send email notifications to registered users for significant changes

Your continued use of the Platform after modified Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance. If you disagree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@shreekundli.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ShreeKundli regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
